Annual statement of accounts
Attend the owners meeting (co-propriétaires) & report on the meeting (if required)
Ensure regular supply of heating fuel, firewood, gas, light bulbs
Turn on/off radiators as needed
Pre-season/end of season inspection & cleaning
Check all domestic machines
Inspect behind all domestic appliances for cleanliness.
Check operation of toilet systems
Clean shower hoses and shower drains
Check all fittings for fastness, including curtains
