We can tailor your requirements but below is a list of the basic needs of a property owner.


• Annual statement of accounts 

• Attend the owners meeting (co-propriétaires) & report on the meeting (if required) 

• Ensure regular supply of heating fuel, firewood, gas, light bulbs 

• Turn on/off radiators as needed

• Pre-season/end of season inspection & cleaning 

• Check all domestic machines 

• Inspect behind all domestic appliances for cleanliness. 

• Check operation of toilet systems 

• Clean shower hoses and shower drains 

• Check all fittings for fastness, including curtains
